Merry Christmas!

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! I am so fortunate to be able to spend this Christmas with Jessica. It will be my first Christmas in the summer but it will also be the first one away from home. Unfortunately, Jessica had to work throughout the holidays and, of course, I could not let her be alone away from family and friends.

I am accustomed to a large family celebration at my parents home back in Los Angeles with both my American and Filipino families but this year it is just Jessica and myself alone in Sao Paulo. Although this Christmas is very very different this year, I will say that it is one of the best Christmases I have ever experienced and definitely one that I will remember forever.

I hope that everyone else’s Christmas is just as memorable.
